These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Oruna, including the Oruna mobile application, websites, services, features, content, and related technologies (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is provided by PrayMob, Inc., doing business as Oruna, a Delaware corporation (“Oruna,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What Oruna Is
Oruna is a live social prayer platform designed to help people pray together, respond to prayer requests, experience collective unity, and support one another.
Oruna provides technology that enables users to create and participate in prayer-related social experiences. Oruna is not a church, clergy provider, healthcare provider, mental health provider, crisis service, law firm, financial adviser, emergency service, or substitute for professional care.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an Oruna account or use the Service.
By creating an account, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirement and that the information you provide about your eligibility is truthful.
We may restrict or terminate accounts that do not meet our eligibility requirements.
Additional age requirements may apply to particular features or jurisdictions.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and not to:
- impersonate another person or organization;
- create an account using information you are not authorized to use;
- misrepresent your identity, role, credentials, ministry, organization, professional qualifications, or affiliation with Oruna;
- sell, transfer, or provide unauthorized access to your account; or
- use another person's account without authorization.
Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Community Guidelines
Our Community Guidelines are incorporated into these Terms.
Oruna is built for prayer, connection, collective unity, encouragement, and support. Among other things, you may not use Oruna to:
- pray for harm against another person or group;
- harass, threaten, stalk, shame, bully, or intimidate others;
- spread hate or demeaning attacks;
- exploit vulnerable people;
- post sexually explicit, violent, fraudulent, abusive, or illegal content;
- expose another person's private information;
- use prayer as gossip, slander, revenge, manipulation, or political attack;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent professional or spiritual authority;
- use prayer primarily to solicit money or promote personal financial gain outside features specifically authorized by Oruna; or
- otherwise violate our Community Guidelines.
We may interpret and enforce these rules in light of the context, severity, risk, history, and purpose of the conduct.
5. Prayer Is Not Professional or Emergency Advice
Oruna provides a place for prayer and community support. Content on Oruna is not a substitute for professional services.
Do not rely on Oruna, another user, a prayer leader, or content available through the Service as a substitute for:
- emergency services;
- medical diagnosis or treatment;
- mental health treatment;
- professional counseling;
- legal advice;
- financial advice; or
- crisis intervention.
Oruna does not verify, endorse, or guarantee claims made by users concerning healing, recovery, sobriety, medical conditions, spiritual outcomes, financial outcomes, legal matters, miracles, or other results.
If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
6. User Content
“User Content” means content that users submit, create, upload, transmit, stream, record, publish, display, or otherwise make available through the Service, including prayer requests, prayers, live prayer audio or video, recordings and replays, comments, messages, profile information, photographs, videos, audio, and other materials.
You Keep Ownership
As between you and Oruna, you retain ownership of the intellectual property rights you have in your User Content.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of your User Content to Oruna.
You Must Have the Right to Post It
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit your User Content and to grant the licenses described in these Terms.
Do not upload or broadcast content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.
7. License You Give Oruna
When you make User Content available through Oruna, you grant Oruna a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, format, transcode, display, perform, distribute, transmit, make available, and otherwise use that User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, secure, moderate, improve, and promote the Service.
For public User Content, including public live prayers and public replays, this license also allows Oruna to:
- repost or redistribute the content;
- excerpt portions of it;
- crop or reformat video or images;
- edit for length or presentation without materially misrepresenting what you said or did;
- add captions, graphics, branding, or other presentation elements;
- combine portions with other public Oruna content;
- create compilations, montages, highlights, or similar derivative presentations; and
- publish those materials through Oruna's websites and Oruna-controlled social media accounts for organic, unpaid promotional purposes.
This means, for example, that Oruna may use an excerpt from a public live prayer in an organic social-media post or combine excerpts from multiple public prayers into an Oruna community video.
Paid Advertising Is Different
The license above does not authorize Oruna to use your name, image, likeness, voice, or User Content as a testimonial or featured creative in paid advertising solely on the basis of these Terms.
If Oruna wants to use identifiable User Content in paid advertising in a manner requiring additional permission, we will obtain that permission separately.
Nothing in this section prevents ordinary operation of the Service, distribution of User Content through the Service, or organic promotion permitted above.
8. Public Content and Sharing by Other People
Oruna is an open social platform. Content you choose to make public should be treated as public.
Depending on the Service's features, public User Content may be viewed, linked to, shared, reposted, quoted, or otherwise distributed by other people.
Other users may also capture publicly available content using technologies outside Oruna's control, including screenshots or screen recording tools available on their devices.
Once public content has been copied or shared outside Oruna, we may not be able to control, retrieve, or delete every external copy.
If you do not want a prayer, image, voice, video, statement, or other content to be publicly viewable, shareable, or potentially captured by others, do not make that content public on Oruna.
Where Oruna provides sharing, clipping, remixing, or similar product functionality, you grant other users a limited license to use your public User Content through those features for lawful, noncommercial social sharing consistent with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.
This does not give other users an unrestricted right to commercially exploit your identity, likeness, voice, or content.
9. Live Prayer, Recording, and Replays
Some live prayers on Oruna are recorded so they can be made available for replay.
Prayer Leaders
Before beginning a recorded live prayer, the prayer leader will receive a recording disclosure and must affirmatively initiate the recorded session through the applicable Oruna control.
By choosing “Go Live & Record” or an equivalent clearly disclosed action, the prayer leader consents to Oruna recording the prayer leader's audio and/or video and making the resulting recording available for replay and other uses permitted by these Terms.
Oruna may maintain a record of that consent, including the applicable live session, account, time, and consent version.
People Watching or Praying Along
Simply watching or participating in a live prayer does not mean that Oruna is recording your device's camera, microphone, or surroundings.
Unless Oruna expressly tells you otherwise and requests the appropriate permission, Oruna does not record a viewer's camera or microphone merely because the viewer joins or prays along with a live prayer.
Your participation may nevertheless be visible to other users according to Oruna's product features. For example, your name or profile may be visible in connection with participation, and prayer activity may be represented on a privacy-preserving map.
Recording Awareness
During a recorded live prayer, Oruna will provide a clear visual and/or audible indication that the prayer leader's audio and/or video is being recorded. This indicator is intended to communicate that the prayer leader's live prayer is being recorded for replay; it does not mean that Oruna is recording a viewer's camera, microphone, or surroundings.
Users must not circumvent recording disclosures or use Oruna to secretly record another person's private communications.
10. Location and Prayer Heatmaps
Oruna may use location information to display prayer activity and help people experience collective prayer.
Location features are designed to protect user privacy.
Public heatmaps do not display exact GPS coordinates, street addresses, home locations, or precise neighborhoods.
City-level heatmaps may display privacy-preserving representative dots within a selected city or region. These dots are generalized visual indicators that someone in that city or region is praying. They do not represent the person's exact physical location.
For the launch version of Oruna, the prayer map displays prayer activity within the United States. Prayer activity outside the United States may be reflected in an aggregate count and is not displayed as individual outside-U.S. location dots.
Where available, users may select a city manually rather than granting location permission.
You may not use Oruna's location or map functionality to identify, locate, track, stalk, harass, or contact another person against their wishes.
Our collection and processing of location information is further described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Messages and Private Content
Some parts of Oruna may allow private or limited-audience communication.
Do not assume that information shared with another person will remain confidential merely because it is transmitted through a private feature. Recipients may misuse, copy, or disclose information despite our rules.
Users may not expose, distribute, or misuse another person's private messages or non-public information in violation of our Community Guidelines or applicable law.
Oruna may process or preserve limited private content where reasonably necessary to operate the Service, investigate a report, enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain security, as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation
Oruna provides tools that may allow users to report content or accounts and block users.
We may investigate reports and take action including:
- removing content;
- limiting content distribution;
- restricting features;
- ending a live prayer;
- removing a replay;
- warning a user;
- suspending an account;
- permanently banning an account; or
- removing particular privileges.
Reporting content does not guarantee a particular result.
We may take immediate action when we reasonably believe there is an urgent safety risk, active abuse, or serious violation.
You may not misuse reporting or safety tools to harass, intimidate, retaliate against, or overwhelm another user.
13. Financial Exploitation and Solicitation
Oruna may not be used primarily to solicit money, promote personal financial gain, or exploit prayer or spiritual support for commercial benefit.
You may not:
- pressure users to give you money;
- promise healing, miracles, sobriety, deliverance, spiritual favor, or other outcomes in exchange for payment;
- manipulate vulnerable users through fear, shame, guilt, or spiritual pressure for financial benefit;
- engage in scams or fraudulent solicitation; or
- use prayer requests as a pretext to obtain financial or personal information.
Oruna may in the future provide designated fundraising, donation, creator, organization, or other financial features. Use of any such feature will be subject to the rules, disclosures, eligibility requirements, fees, and additional terms applicable to that feature.
The existence of such an authorized feature does not permit financial solicitation elsewhere on the Service in violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
14. Intellectual Property
Except for User Content, Oruna and its licensors own the Service and its associated software, design, interfaces, graphics, trademarks, logos, technology, and other proprietary materials.
These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, sell, sublicense, scrape, or exploit the Service except as permitted by law or with our written authorization.
“Oruna,” associated logos, and other Oruna marks are trademarks or proprietary identifiers of PrayMob, Inc. You may not use them in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
15. Copyright and Rights Complaints
We respect intellectual property rights.
If you believe content on Oruna infringes your copyright or other rights, you may contact us with sufficient information to identify the work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and the basis for your claim.
We may remove or restrict content and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
We may establish additional procedures for copyright notices, counter-notices, or designated-agent submissions as required by applicable law.
16. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on or interact with third-party services, infrastructure, links, software, content, or providers.
Oruna is not responsible for third-party services that we do not control. Your use of a third-party service may also be governed by that provider's terms and privacy practices.
Our Privacy Policy describes relevant categories of service providers and data processing associated with operation of Oruna.
17. Account Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Oruna at any time.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe:
- you violated these Terms or the Community Guidelines;
- your conduct creates risk or harm to another person, Oruna, or the Service;
- your account is fraudulent or compromised;
- restriction is reasonably necessary for security or legal compliance; or
- continued access would expose Oruna or others to material legal or safety risk.
Where appropriate, we may act without advance notice, particularly in urgent safety situations.
18. Account Deletion
You may initiate deletion of your Oruna account through the account settings provided in the app.
When you delete your Oruna account, Oruna will delete or de-identify your account information, personal data, and User Content under our control in accordance with our deletion practices, except for information we are permitted or required to retain for legal compliance, valid legal process, including lawful preservation requests, safety and security, fraud prevention, enforcement of these Terms or our Community Guidelines, dispute resolution, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Deletion may take time to complete across active systems and backups. During the deletion process, information scheduled for deletion may no longer be available through the Service. Limited copies may remain temporarily in backup or disaster-recovery systems and will be deleted or de-identified in accordance with our retention practices, unless continued retention is permitted or required for one of the limited purposes described above.
Some information may remain outside your account or Oruna's control after deletion. For example, messages or content you shared with others, or content another person independently copied, screen-recorded, reposted, or distributed, may remain available to those recipients or outside Oruna.
Information retained for one of the limited purposes above will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for that purpose, subject to applicable law. Additional information about deletion, de-identification, backups, legal preservation, and retention appears in our Privacy Policy.
19. Changes to the Service
Oruna is an evolving service.
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We may also establish additional rules for new features.
If a new feature materially changes your rights or how we use your information, we will provide any notice or obtain any consent required by applicable law.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law and may ask you to accept the revised Terms before continuing to use the Service.
The “Last Updated” date identifies the current version.
21. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
ORUNA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL CONTENT.
ORUNA DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE TRUTH, ACCURACY, SAFETY, THEOLOGICAL SOUNDNESS, PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, OR RELIABILITY OF USER CONTENT.
ORUNA DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT A PRAYER WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR SPIRITUAL, MEDICAL, EMOTIONAL, FINANCIAL, LEGAL, RECOVERY, OR OTHER OUTCOME.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THESE DISCLAIMERS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
22. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PRAYMOB, INC., ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORUNA'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID ORUNA, IF ANY, DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED.
23. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrayMob, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:
- your User Content;
- your material violation of these Terms;
- your violation of another person's rights; or
- your unlawful or intentionally harmful use of the Service.
This provision does not require you to indemnify Oruna for Oruna's own unlawful conduct and applies only to the extent permitted by law.
24. Informal Dispute Resolution
Before filing arbitration or another permitted proceeding, you and Oruna agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.
The party raising the dispute must send written notice describing the dispute, the relevant account or contact information, and the relief requested. Notices to Oruna must be mailed to:

The parties will have 30 days after receipt of a complete notice to attempt informal resolution before either party initiates arbitration, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
25. Binding Individual Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Except for disputes that qualify for small-claims court, disputes for which applicable law prohibits mandatory arbitration, and requests for certain temporary or injunctive relief relating to intellectual property, security, unauthorized access, or misuse of the Service, you and PrayMob, Inc. agree that disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis rather than in court.
The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its then-current Consumer Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures, as modified by these Terms and applicable law. If the AAA is unavailable or unwilling to administer the dispute, the parties will select another nationally recognized arbitration provider by mutual agreement or, if they cannot agree, a court of competent jurisdiction may appoint an administrator or arbitrator as permitted by law.
Where the AAA's Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules apply, those rules will apply in addition to the applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules.
The arbitration may take place remotely where permitted and appropriate. The arbitrator may award the same individual remedies that would be available in court, subject to applicable law and these Terms.
Fees and costs will be allocated in accordance with the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules and applicable law. Oruna will pay fees that applicable law or the AAA rules require a business to pay and will not require a consumer to bear arbitration costs that applicable law requires Oruna to bear.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an eligible individual claim in small-claims court.
26. Class-Action and Jury-Trial Waiver
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND ORUNA AGREE THAT CLAIMS WILL BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
You and Oruna also waive the right to a jury trial for disputes subject to arbitration.
If applicable law makes a particular portion of this waiver unenforceable for a particular claim or remedy, that claim or remedy will be handled as required by applicable law while the enforceable portions remain effective.
27. Arbitration Opt-Out
You may opt out of the arbitration and class-action-waiver provisions by providing Oruna written notice within 30 days after you first accept these Terms.
Your opt-out notice must include your name, the email address associated with your Oruna account, and a clear statement that you are opting out of the arbitration agreement. Mail the notice to:

Your notice is effective if properly addressed and postmarked within the 30-day opt-out period. Opting out of arbitration will not affect the other provisions of these Terms or your ability to use Oruna.
28. Governing Law
Except to the extent federal law applies or applicable law gives you rights that cannot be waived, these Terms and disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections available to you under the laws of your state, country, or other jurisdiction where those protections cannot legally be waived.
For disputes not subject to arbitration, the parties consent to an appropriate state or federal court with jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory venue rights provided by applicable law.
29. California Users
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights available to California residents that cannot legally be waived.
California users may have additional privacy and consumer rights described in our Privacy Policy and under applicable law.
30. Apple
If you download or use Oruna through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and PrayMob, Inc., not Apple Inc.
Apple is not responsible for the Service, User Content, support, maintenance, or claims relating to Oruna except to the extent Apple has obligations under applicable App Store terms.
Apple and its subsidiaries are intended third-party beneficiaries of these Terms solely to the extent required by applicable App Store terms and may enforce applicable provisions against you.
Your use of Oruna must comply with applicable App Store terms.
31. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect, except where applicable law requires a different result.
32. No Waiver
If Oruna does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.
33. Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
Oruna may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or other corporate transaction, subject to applicable law.
34. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any additional terms that expressly apply to a particular Oruna feature, constitute the agreement between you and Oruna concerning the Service.
If feature-specific terms conflict with these Terms, the feature-specific terms control for that feature to the extent of the conflict.
