Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, you affirmatively agree to these Terms, the Privacy Notice, and the Community Guidelines. That agreement applies whenever you create or host any type of prayer on Oruna. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and meet the minimum age required where you live. If you use Oruna for an organization, you confirm that you can act for it.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You give Oruna a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, store, transmit, stream, transcode, adapt for technical delivery, create replays from, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service in accordance with your audience choices. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to share the content.
Acceptable use and moderation
Do not misuse Oruna, interfere with the service, evade safety controls, access another account, scrape member information, upload malicious code, or use the service for unlawful activity. Oruna may review reports, restrict distribution, remove content, end live activity, suspend access, or terminate accounts to protect members and enforce these Terms.
Live prayer, recordings, and safety
If you host a live prayer, you authorize Oruna, after you grant the required device permissions, to access your camera and microphone; transmit, process, and record the resulting audio and video; deliver it to the audience you select; and store and provide a replay. Oruna displays a recording indicator while capture is active. You are responsible for notifying and obtaining any consent required from every person who appears or can be heard and for following applicable recording laws. Device permissions are separate from this agreement and can be changed in your device settings. Oruna does not provide emergency, medical, legal, mental-health, or financial services. Contact qualified professionals or local emergency services when appropriate.
Service changes and responsibility
Oruna may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these Terms. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Oruna is not responsible for member content or conduct, and nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending use and contact
You may stop using Oruna or permanently delete your account. Terms that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect. For questions, contact inquiries@oruna.live.
