Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Oruna account from inside the app.

Effective August 3, 2026

Delete from the app

  1. Open Oruna and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open your profile, then open account settings.
  3. Choose Delete account.
  4. Review what will be removed and confirm your identity.
  5. Submit the permanent deletion request.

Deletion is permanent. You will lose access to the account while the request is processed.

What deletion covers

Oruna removes the account profile, authored prayers and comments, direct-message content, uploaded media, notification tokens, live and replay media owned by the account, active sessions, and linked safety records. A de-identified workflow receipt may remain only to prove that deletion completed.

If you cannot access the app, contact inquiries@oruna.live. We will need to verify that you control the account. Email support is an accessibility and recovery option; it does not replace the in-app deletion flow for signed-in members.
