Email inquiries@oruna.live with the email address or username associated with your account. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, or sensitive prayer details that are not needed to explain the problem.
Report content or block a member
- Open the action menu on a prayer or profile and choose Report. Reports are private and include the content needed for safety review.
- Choose Block to hide each account from the other and stop direct interactions. You can review blocked accounts from your profile settings.
- For an urgent safety concern that cannot be submitted in the app, email us with Urgent safety concern in the subject.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Oruna is not an emergency-response service.
